Clinical Psychologist
Caroline has extensive experience in child and youth mental health, with a strong clinical focus on supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. She works with a wide range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and personality disorders.
Her therapeutic style is flexible and integrative, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Child-Focused Parent Therapy. Caroline is also trained in CBT-E (Enhanced CBT) and Family-Based Therapy (FBT) for eating disorders.
Caroline’s practice is person-centred and collaborative. She is passionate about empowering children and families by affirming neurodivergent strengths and identities. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where clients can explore challenges, build coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
